Last semester it was terribly hard because I kept limiting myself.
I don't know what to say about my work,
& that has constantly been a struggle.
I am going to try really hard to read more,
particularly artist statements.
I should have been doing this in the first place.

My Spanish isn't as good as it should be, but fashion photography acts as a mirror to society. It shows us who society is and how we change. The photographer is there to watch. It describes not only who we are but who we want to be. How we chose to portray ourselves, to be immortalized on film. He also says fashion photography brings us closer to ourselves.
